I officially love rental carpet cleaners!

I have just used a rental carpet cleaner for the very first time. I can honestly say that I am impressed. At first I was skeptical, I always thought I had to hire the professionals. At $200 a pop, I just couldn’t afford it anymore. I wanted to keep my carpet clean because of my young children and we did a lot of entertaining. Years ago I borrowed my friends carpet cleaner that she had just bought at the store and I was not impressed. I never really gave much thought to rental carpet cleaners. Guess I assumed if my friend’s cleaner didn’t work, rental carpet cleaners were the same. Boy was I wrong. Rental carpet cleaners are out of this world! I can’t believe I have been paying professionals all that money when I didn’t have to. Hmph…all the money I paid the pros I could have bought one of those rental carpet cleaners.

All I had to do was drive to my local supermarket and provide 2 forms of I.D. and a credit card. Talk about easy, and all the detergents are right there so I knew what to use. The customer service girl was very nice and helpful. They even had a young man come out and help me load it. So I arrived at home with this rental carpet cleaner in the back of my van and I admit I was a little intimidated. Here is this big machine I didn’t know how to hook it up or put the detergent in, I thought I had better wait for my husband to do it. I went in and just happened to sit right by a calculator. Since times had recently got a little rough I was working with a tight budget. I decided to do some calculations. I figured I had the professionals come out at least once each season, so around 4 times a year. That came out to about $800 whopping dollars. Then I calculated if I went and rented one of those rental carpet cleaners again, around 4 times a year. That came out to be about $120 measly dollars. Well, measly compared to $800. I immediately went and brought the cleaner in and it was so easy, I mean if I can do it any one can. I love rental carpet cleaners.
